OSCAR House is an Out of School Care & Recreation Programme in Lower Hutt. We provide out of school care to children from Lower Hutt Schools – Eastern Hutt School, Kelson School, Korokoro School and local Intermediate Schools, and Holiday Programmes for the wider Lower Hutt school community.
