04/12/24 for attendance dates 18-24/12/24.
01/01/25 for attendance dates 06-17/01/25. 15/01/25 for attendance dates 21/-31/01/25 (Monday 20/01/25 is Wellington Anniversary).
Full fees are due after this date (ie additional 10%).

| Cancellation information.
It is not possible to swap days at Holiday Programme after the cancellation date. |
Full refund (minus $10 administration fee) if management are notified and accept cancellation up to & on the dates above. No refund if notified after this date.

OSCAR subsidy – Bookings as above. Kelsey will notify you of the residual amount, after the subsidy, after the holiday period.
