There is one date – Wednesday 03/12/25 for ALL December and January bookings.
Any bookings made after this date pay full fees. Web enrolment is updated to full fees on Thursday. Invoices are not issued. Bank account details are on the automated response email. |

31/12/25 for attendance dates 05 – 16/01/26 14/01/26 for attendance dates 20/01 – 03/02/26 (note 19/01/26 is Wgtn Ann) Full fees are due for ANY bookings after 03/12/25. Full fees are due for any payments after the due fee dates above. Please send receipt of payment to admin@oscarhouse.co.nz at the time of booking for each due date period above. Full refund (minus $10 administration fee) if management are notified and accept cancellation up to & on this date. No refund if notified after these 3 dates. |
